Digital or Paper format

While online digital resumes seem to be the way to go these days, paper resumes are still in. However, candidates are still trying to figure out which one to choose. It really just depends on your own preference. 

Paper formatted resumes are used when interviewing for traditional companies. It helps for a better presentation. Depending on the type of position you are applying for, it may require you to present a portfolio along with your resume.

But if you choose a digital or online resume, this presents an opportunity to be creative about the style that you choose. Be creative in your own way. Showcase your skills and experience. The digital resume is also convenient.
